Alathea LLC is the foundation to this house I built-- Rejoice Box Interactive-- so my work could live under one roof without losing its soul (and to not confuse personal and business). It is a creative company, yes, but more than that, it is an archive, a workshop (Rejoice Box Interactive), a future publishing arm (I'm hoping), a record label (Rejoice Box Records), a storytelling engine (Rejoice Box Literature; name may change), and a place for long-form meaning in a world addicted to disposable noise. Music, books, games, essays, videos, art, philosophy - if it carries truth, beauty, grief, wonder, conviction, or reverence, it has a place here; also comedy... I'm very good at absurd comedy.
I did not build Alathea to chase trends or manufacture content. I go my own path rather than traditional routes. Too much of the modern world treats creativity like slop for a machine instead of something sacred that can actually help people live, mourn, think, heal, and endure. Everything under this banner is meant to carry either weight or light-hearted fun. Some works are gentle. Some are devastating. Some are strange, loud, playful, deeply philosophical, or even scientific examinations through cited studies to further internal understandings of how society and the human being functions. But all of them are made with the same core belief:
Art should mean something, and people should be allowed to digest honest things without being flattened into a caricature of their online activity. Some things might be free, but you are not the product here. With Alathea LLC (provided you go through proper channels), buying is owning.
Speaking of, in the future, I want to find a way to bring back physical products. It's absolutely weird and strange that everyone online is begging for physical, but we, in our time, do still have the capacity to make brand new digital items within physical media. Almost all things have a USB drive, including your phone, which some are able to send audio signals through to a headset; if we can do that, there's nothing saying Alathea LLC might not eventually push for physical media. Of course, that's not today, nor soon.
That's a-ways away...
At its heart, Alathea LLC is also about stewardship. It is where I organize my labels, stories, releases, and worlds in a way that can last. Whether that means publishing music through Rejoice Box Records, releasing books digitally, building interactive projects, or developing larger ideas that may take years to fully emerge. I am not interested in creating a hollow empire. I am interested in building a body of work that feels alive and connected to something real, and eventually welcoming more than just myself into this venture down the line.
That's a-ways away...
More than anything, Alathea LLC is a business, intending to make profit and money in a humane way, without trying to say "To access this product, please login to your account" stuff the industries are trying to push us into. It exists so I can showcase what I have made, protect it, grow it, and eventually help others do the same. The vision is not solely a company in the sterile sense of the word (but let's be real, I'm looking to enrich us both; this stuff ain't free for me). I build on the measure of conviction and the refusal to let beauty, sorrow, and truth (or you; myself) be treated as worthless.
This is Alathea LLC:
A home for what I make under the Rejoice Box branding, and in time, a place where others may be welcomed to make something lasting too.
And for this moment...
That's not a-ways away...

*NOTE: A lot of stories/music involve Christianity as well. For reference sake, I'm Christian who is not a denominational loyalist (that means I go to churches because they're all family to me; no real church I go to every Sunday). I critique everything, including myself, in my work. I challenge myself in theology, and so far, poetry is still my greatest skill... even with over 3,000 hours in Adobe Premiere Pro (I've been doing this since 2015).
